What happened to hellos? After each work day, no one seems to bother with the neighbor next door unless encroachment occurs. Or a crossing at the mailbox down the street. Even then, a smile or a greeting is farfetched. According to psychologists and behaviorists, children emulate action present in their environment. So, is the city any better? Some urbanites disagree.

In a short amount of time, plans turned into a reality. All dirt paths have been transformed into cemented ones. Designers and dwellers opted for urban beautification. Many insisted on perfection. What used to be a local retreat is now a metropolitan sanctuary without the unexpected indulgence. Still, it’s good to be back!
